  • Defined all-encompassing program. Analyzed the $5 billion revenue base of the corporate business, created a program of strategic initiatives, and reviewed the strategic planning process. Designed and executed a program of specific actions for the US Private Bank
  • Recruited high-caliber team. Defined structure of new area, drafted job requirements, interviewed and hired new members, assigned roles and responsibilities
  • Designed and analyzed KPIs. Defined performance metrics for cross-sell, retention and value, efficiency and productivity, calculated results and monetized them, and reviewed them together with the CEO and senior management
